How to use:
1. Hold the middle of the tampon and extend it until you hear a "Click".
2. Hold the applicator between your middle finger and thumb.
3. Insert and push the tip tampon with the rounded surface into the vagina until your finger touches the outer surface of the vagina.
4. Use your index finger to push the thin part of applicator all the way in, releasing the tampon into your vagina.
5. Pull out the applicator and dispose of it in the trash.
