 What is your return/exchange policy?

Please note that a $15 processing fee applies to each return or exchange request.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

Items from POP Mart, Jellycat, and KOBO are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return.

For returns, customers may arrange their own courier service and are responsible for all return shipping costs, taxes, and duties. Any parcels lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customer.
