What is your return policy?

Email us at support@beaubit.co if you have an issue with your order and we will be happy to process the exchange for you. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges made within 30 days. Items have to be unused and unopened in its original packaging.

Pre-order items are not available for cancellations.

POP Mart items are not available for cancellations, exchanges or returns.

 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase from Beaubit.co (minus the cost of shipping). To start an exchange or refund, just email support@beaubit.co. Make sure you have your order number or proof of purchase ready. Note: we don't accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of Beaubit.co.
