Effectem D: Toner

Dirt Phobia's Effectem D: Toner is a mild toner that helps with skin breakouts and troubled acne-prone skin. The carefully formulated toner delivers effective results without irritating the skin. 

Contains:

(1) Ceramide NP: soothing & calming, improves skin barrier

(2) Citric Acid: exfoliation & skin renewal

(3) Niacinamide: minimises pore appearance, reduces inflammation

(4) Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4: improves skin elasticity, anti-inflammatory

How to use: 
After washing your face, wet a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of the product and gently wipe it along the skin. Pair with Effectem D: Solution Ampoule for best results.

Free local shipping on orders above SGD 35. Under SGD 35? Just a flat SGD 5. Need it tomorrow? Next-day priority shipping is SGD 50 - order before 3pm SGT on weekdays.

MALAYSIA

Free shipping on orders above SGD 200. Under SGD 200, delivery is SGD 8.

Self-collection

Prefer to pick it up yourself? We've got you. Self-collection is available at Midview City - we'll drop you an email once your order's ready. Just make sure to collect within two months of purchase, as uncollected orders can't be refunded.

What about customs duties for international orders?

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities are the customer's responsibility. These are usually collected by the courier upon delivery. All orders ship directly from Singapore to your door.
