RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 What is your return/exchange policy?

Please note that a $15 processing fee will be charged for each return or exchange request. Note that we only accept returns and exchanges made within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received. Items have to be unused and unopened in its original and undamaged packaging. 

Pre-order items are not available for cancellations.

POP Mart, Jellycat and KOBO items are not available for cancellations, exchanges or returns.

You may use your own choice of courier service and you will be responsible for all shipping costs and taxes. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the buyer
