What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love what you ordered but if something's not right, here's how it works.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging. A SGD 5 processing fee applies to each return or exchange request.

A few things to note:

• Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once placed
• Items from POP Mart, Jellycat, and KOBO are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return
• Return shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service - any parcels lost in transit will not be our responsibility
