Frequency
Stroke from the centre of the face towards the outer rim of the face at least 3-4 times with light pressure.
Use whenever you like.

Usage
Put light pressure on each of the acupuncture points. Spend some time on each point to reach the inner muscle.
Stroke along the neck, shoulder, and underside of the arm to ease water retention.
